TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Valid Credit Card details must be provided upon making a reservation in order to hold your room. If valid credit card details are not provided or if your credit card declines, your reservation may be cancelled at any time. Please note, we do not accept American Express.

Coastal Motel does not permit smoking inside of the rooms. If the room cannot be used following your stay due to cigarette odour, a fee equivalent to 1 night’s accommodation will be charged for each night that we are unable to use the room.

You (our guest) agree that you will pay to us (the operator) the agreed rate for each night of your stay.

You agree that any monies or other valuables that belong to you, brought into the room or motel grounds remain your responsibility for their safekeeping.

You agree to pay us for any loss or damage to equipment in the rooms during your period of use (an inventory check is performed after departure).
You agree that any outstanding charges relating to the above terms and conditions, not paid for upon check out may be charged to your credit card details provided.

CANCELLATION POLICY

In the event of a cancellation, the following conditions apply:

– A fee equivalent to the cost of 1 night’s accommodation will apply if cancelled within 14 days prior stay.
